Probably because these power lines were to high for the length of thread we left him to play with, plus there were a few trees around and next to him preventing him from going that close to those lines.
Not worth sending to AFV though, competition is way too tough ;)

Re: Happy birthday, Max!

Are those power lines behind max flying his kite?

An ultra...definitively tempting, but I think I'll focus on marathons for now. I'm sure a 50K would be feasible. I need more experience. Next marathon might be in 2011 though, I am not sure if I want to do another one next year. We'll see.
Well, for the good time, that's nice of you, Cath! It's not that good... I'll work on improving my time for next time! I think it's addictive. Well, I certainly will do another one at some point! I'm just enjoying for now. I haven't run again since but it's tickling me...

Re: I am officially a Marathon Man now

waouh I did not realise you made such a good time! It was my longest run after all! Perhaps these feet were not as sore as I thought as they were ok the next few days. I had soreness on the top of my left foot the week before and luckily it disappeared. I was scared to death to be on my way to get a stress fracture. Do I dramatize a little too much? ;-)

Re: I’m not a 20 miler virgin anymore

What a great 20 miler.
