Hmm, look for the translation links, I think about 5 languages have local translations. I haven't tried the new swedish version, sticking to english for now.

Funny, I didn't even notice them. Probably because these power lines were to high for the length of thread we left him to play with, plus there were a few trees around and next to him preventing him from going that close to those lines.
Not worth sending to AFV though, competition is way too tough ;)

Disqus is the top commenting platform in my opinion. Not only is Facebook Connect integration nice but allowing users to also use their Twitter accounts to leave comments is awesome.

Thanks guys! An ultra...definitively tempting, but I think I'll focus on marathons for now. I'm sure a 50K would be feasible. I need more experience. Next marathon might be in 2011 though, I am not sure if I want to do another one next year. We'll see.
Well, for the good time, that's nice of you, Cath! It's not that good... I'll work on improving my time for next time! I think it's addictive. Well, I certainly will do another one at some point! I'm just enjoying for now. I haven't run again since but it's tickling me...

Congrats on your first marathon!! Even after all my events, i still have fond memories of Detroit and my first marathon there. What's next for you? A trip to the dark side...that's right..an ultra :)

TK, the bottom of my feet were very sensitive after all that pounding. It was my longest run after all! Perhaps these feet were not as sore as I thought as they were ok the next few days. I had soreness on the top of my left foot the week before and luckily it disappeared. I was scared to death to be on my way to get a stress fracture. Do I dramatize a little too much? ;-)

What a great 20 miler. Sounds like a pretty standard long run experience to me. Your feet hurt, really? That is always the last thing to hurt on me. Funny, right? Good luck on race day!
